Setting up 'Wake Up on LAN'

I have three networked (through LINKSYS BEFSR41)computers

and would like to have the other 2 turn on upon booting the first one. The PCs use an Intel D865PERL mobo. Looking in the BIOS, I find options for "Wake Up PCI PME" under "Power", and "PXE Boot to LAN" under "Boot".

Which option do I use (or both)? I've tried these, and the other PCs do nothing. Note: these PCs use integrated NIC cards, so there's no 3 wire cable to be connected. Do I have to set up "Magic Packets" to be sent by first PC?
