Trojan Horse SHeur.AUNC
AVG on its scan (after the fact) of my computer came up with a Trojan Horse assocaited with Firefox\profile...\cache the file name: CF462B13d01
Seems this came through the active side of AVG, and demonstrates the value of running a scan periodically (scheduled may be best).
Question about AVG reporting.
Under File name it shows the CF.. number
Under Result/Infection it shows the subject line above
Then it gives the full path
Does this mean AVG took an action to remove the Trojan?
I note other entries such as:
Under File name it shows Kernel32.dll
Under Result/Infection it shows Change
Then full path
this case seems to say AVG made a "change", not sure what that means either, but it is proactive at least.
Did AVG do anything to the Trojan?
AVG still running, it may tell me more later, if so I will report.
In the many times AVG has run on my computers I have never seen this, so my question come forth.
