I think the different color grout on the floor is a plus, not a minus, visually. Both white and gray are neutral colors, so you can use any color you like on the walls, IMHO.

If you want the white wall tile grout lines to be less noticeable, and sort of vanish, then the white grout is a good idea, but if you like seeing the tile stand out more, even a slight difference in the grout (like a gray, cream, off white) will make the grout lines more noticeable.

Thanks Pepperidge Farm, that helps! I have seen and admired Casey's gorgeous bathroom before. Never really noticed the grout ,though. I would not be concerned about using different grout colors if the wall and floor tile were not both white. I would love to replace the wall tile, but it's not currently in the budget. So, I definitely want it to fade into the background.

BTW, I love your bathroom. I have been lusting over your shower glass. We have basically the same configuration as you, glass w/be80" high,etc. We are getting our glass installed on Saturday, and the glass guy is recommending we put metal clamps on the corners instead of just relying on silicone. I keep seeing your beautiful glass, however, and much prefer the cleaner look.

Thanks- well, I lust for the metal clamp in the corner.... just the silicon makes me so nervous!!!! DH arranged the glass, and the guy told him it was "bonded" together when he came, I watched the install... silicon?!?

We have pushed on it a bunch just to be sure, and I have seen it like that by many reputable places, sooooo.
