Personally, I think the small differences are enough to make each bathroom a little special. I too like the white tile, white vanity, carrera marble look. In fact, I've done just that in my guest / main bathroom and will do the same in my master bathroom. I have slightly different (though similar) look of dark charcoal tile with white pedestal sink in the powder room. You can always use accessories, lighting, mirrors, towels to add some different personality and color. I like the cohesiveness that similarities bring to the house as a whole. So really, there's nothing wrong (in my opinion) of keeping things very similar in all of the bathrooms. It's simply a matter of personal preference.

I know where you're coming from. I've been contemplating putting in a bid on a new place that would need work and when I think about what I'd do with the baths I find I'm looking at three different sizes of what is really the same vanity.

But there's nothing wrong with that if you really like it. It's silly to put in something you don't like as well, just to make a change.

Thanks..my husband is more of a cherry wood cabinet and hunter green wall kind of guy LOL, so he didn't like the first one but I keep chosing the same look!

Sounds classic and neutral to me. I love using a lot of white in bathrooms because it feels clean (and classic) to me. I prefer gray and black over beige, so I find it to be another great neutral color to use. You can always paint the walls an interesting color, put in colorful towels, or add art and accessories.

We had our vanities made by a local guy and all three are modeled after the same Sonia vanity (31.5" wide version in the guest bathroom, 24" wide for the other two bathrooms). We used different stain color and different hardware on all three. Same, but different.

If the materials you've chosen for one bathroom work for you throughout your home, go for it--you can change things up in subtle or not-so-subtle ways to put an individual spin on each room.

With a classic neutral pallette such as you've described, it'll be the perfect 'canvas' for clever accessorizing with artwork/elements that fit your children's ages. By changing out the artwork/elements as they grow, the rooms can grow with them. You can also go a lot bolder with the artwork/elements in a neutral bath without making it look overdone/over-powered, and by adding just one or two bold accessories, you can make the room 'pop' because they'll stand out so well against all of the white. I'm a firm believer in 'whatever you like for your own home, go for it!'

Wow, Mongo, your daughter is one lucky little girl! That's incredibly cool. I would have loved something like that when I was her age.

Thank you for your feedback on this. The tile place had such gorgeous selection but things I'm afraid I'd tire of quickly. Hoping to personalize each bathroom as a few posters mentioned and maybe they won't seem so same same.

I think it is just fine to keep the permanent elements of the bathrooms the same or similar. You could do different unique mirrors in each one, though, as well as paint, towels, etc.

We finished our main bathroom several years ago, and are working on our master bath now. I searched more than a few places for just the right wall sconces and didn't realize until my dh pointed it out after I bought them that they are the same collection as the lights in the main bath, LOL!
