Spam and Virus

My ISP is the local telephone co-op and I do have DSL. They trap most spam and viruses before they get to me. They have a "greymail" site where I can view the spam and viruses they have trapped. It is held for 14 days and then deleted automatically or I can forward any particular trapped spam that I wish. A couple of spam get through the trap each day and a couple of legit messages get trapped each week. So I check each day so that good messages do not get ignored. Since the ISP started this, not one virus has made it past the filter. My Email limit is only 10 meg between downloads and the stored spam counts toward that, so I empty it each day. My reason for posting is that I hope if your ISP has a better system, more covenient, more accurate, that you would post that fact. And maybe if your ISP is worse, the info here could be shared with them as suggested improvements.
