Having trouble with Netflix? seems to be fairly accurate at reporting if Netflix is down.

Maybe can be used for other sites too.

That looks good for detailed info on popular sites. I have also found the site "downforeveryoneorjustme" useful when I try to visit an unfamiliar site (or any site for that matter) and nothing comes up. It lets you figure out whether it's your browser/computer or a wider problem that is out of your control, and it can be used with any web site by simply entering the web address.

If the source I found was accurate, Netflix has >25 million streaming users in the US.

On the website you referenced, how many people does a blip represent? They don't say, and I suspect it's because it's a a VERY small number. Do you really think such information is useful? I don't.
