Help an utter newbie try to plan a new bathroom!

I've never remodeled anything or made any improvements to any home I've lived in, so I'm a wee bit overwhelmed.

Here's the problem: a 3/4 bathroom to be carved out of an attic floor. It'll be about 6 x 10, and the door has to go on a long wall. The catch is that the ceiling on the other long wall is a sloped roof. At the wall it's only 69" tall. At one foot out from the wall it's 74", and at 1.5 feet out it's 79".

Can anyone give me some advice as to what would be the best placement in such a situation for fixtures? What to do with the low ceiling-area?

Thanks for any advice!
