Help: Trouble with Homecenter.com?

Has anyone had trouble with recent orders from this business? They have failed to inform me of any shipping notices as they promised in their original confirmation e-mail, I received only one item of the three (Grohe shower system) that I ordered (no prior noticed that it was arriving), it came in a box that looked like it had been pieced together by a 5 year old...even the UPS guy said it was really bad, and they ignored my e-mail asking them to tell me when I might expect the other items (Jado lav. faucet and Roman Tub filler). I placed the order on June 1st.

On the same day I also placed orders with Faucet Direct and with Hansgroheinstock.com. I received shipping notifications and have already received everything in the order. Everything was packaged perfectly...toilet,tub, sink, shower control....I would definitely do business with these sites again.

I'm nervous. I just sent Homecenter another e-mail asking them to respond by tomorrow. I tried calling; not even a message machine. Any advice from those of you who have gone through this? Do I just wait for something to arrive?
