What are you trying to do when this happens and what program are you in?

Perhaps you are online and this is set up to open a new tab for browsing?

Is this happening when you are trying to access the same site? My thought is you may have a corrupt page stored in the browser cache. If you would share with us which browser you are using we can tell you how to empty it.

This site is the only site my computer won't load. Who is the administrator here. Can you please tell me why I am being blocked? I don't know what I did wrong. I was looking forward to showing my grafting failures and success. I have green tip already on three bark grafts.

No problem at all...can't take credit for it but I can pass it along. Glad it's fixed though now. And thanks for the well wishes Esh. As a matter of fact I am doing MUCH better. Right at the 2 week mark (which was about a week ago) I woke up and had some slight muscle response back on the side of my face that was affected by the Bell's palsy. My speech impediment is all but gone now. I can once again close my eye (man that's nice!) and smile most of the way. Still not quite as wide a smile as my other side but it seems to be improving noticeably every day or two. The affected eyelid still responds a little slower than the normal one but I have recovered remarkably fast to this point, much faster than the doctors thought. I woudn't be surprised if I am back to normal in another week at this rate, maybe two. Happy gardening! Danielle

I tried again this morning with Firefox and got the same blank page. Last night I tried IE8, it partially loaded with errors and now this morning, status bar says 'waiting for msnbc' and doesn't load. I have Adobe flash player 10.0.22.87 ActiveX (preloaded on 1/29/10)and Adobe Flash Player 10.0.42.34 plugin (I installed 2/6/10). I can view youtube and other flash files. Whoops...after about 5 minutes, the page opened in IE8. (running dual monitors and it opened up while I was typing this message). Status bars says 'done, but with errors'. Since it finally opened in IE, I tried Firefox and after a long wait, it partially opened. I know Foxnews takes forever to load, but I haven't had problems with msnbc in the past. Jean

well after doing a little googling you are definitely Not the only one having this problem and it is related to Dell all the ones looking for help are saying the same thing that it is a blank white page that says powered by Dell. Some have contacted Dell but got no help. Here is a link to one you can keep an eye to see if it gets any response.
Dell internet explorer blank page
You might want to post there also stating your issue so they know it is an actual problem for more than one person.

Is there any type of web accelerator on that dell? If so and you can disable it try that.
I think I would also contact Dell either through online or email and inform them.
Check your Internet Explorer to see if there are any add-ons or extensions if so disable all of them and add them back one by one to see if one of them can be doing it.

mille,

Someone has asked the same question on another forum, and this according to the user was dells response, I guess the user called dell about it.

"Dell say it is a software problem not hardware but it says Dell Blank Page and they want £38 for to rectify it. It has been on going with my laptop since day one"

I found this Information doing a Google search for "blank page powered by Dell"

My thought is this is some pre-installed software on the machine and it would appear to be running in order to generate something like this.

I would contact dell mille.

I wonder if it is a new problem cause I don't see a lot about it only that one link, and the user above posted Jan 7, 09.

There was no reply to the user question on the forum I found it on.
