How to copy Videojug video on Wikihow

Happy New Year!

I've figured out how to download videos from YouTube but can't figure out how to download this video on Wikihow. In very light print it says it is a Videojug video.

Thanks for your help.

Ginny

Here's a link to the video I want.

Here is a link that might be useful: Want to download this video.

With a bit more reading I registered at Videojug and can now download the video. At this point I'm still lost. I know the video is on my downloads page, but aren't I supposed to move it from there, but to where and how?

    Thanks

I like to keep all my videos in my 'my videos' folder. I open my 'downloads' folder and my 'my videos' folder and click and drag it to the folder I want it in. Not knowing what browser you're using or what version of windows makes it hard to give specific directions.

I should have added that there's no reason to move the video if it's convenient to access where it is.

Thanks Bob! I have Windows XP and I use Firefox.

I didn't even know I had a "My Videos" folder. I managed to drag it over as you suggest. When I opened it (with Winzip) the picture isn't nearly as clear as when viewing it on Wikihow; is this to be expected?

I tell you, this computer gets more complicated day by day. Where did you learn about how to maneuver videos?

There are so many sites online to read about computers but maybe I need to dedicate a certain amount of time every day or two to just sit and read questions and answers posted on GardenWeb. What do you think?

    Thanks for your help.

what are you choosing to view it through on your pc? You should be using a program that is for video playback

I am not "choosing" anything that I'm aware of. (Pardon me for being so ignorant of some of this.)

I just looked at my start menu under programs and see this long list of programs my computer guy installed on my computer.

    SoundMax
    XP Codec Pack 2.5.1
    Any Video Converter
    Applian FLV Player
    Audacity
    Media Player Classic
    Photo Story 3
    Power DVD Player
    Quick CD
    Quick Time Player
    Quintessential Media Player
    RealPlayer
    SayTime
    WaveBrowse
    Windows Media Player
    Microsoft Silverlight

    InfraRecorder
    Mp3DirectCut
    Old Media Player
    Slide Show Wizard
    VCD ControlTool
    Windows Media Connect
    Windows Movie Maker

I would love it if you could walk me through the process of viewing this videojug video on my computer getting the best quality possible. (I imagine best quality comes with using one of these programs.)

    Thank you so much!!

I think I'm set. I downloaded the Firefox Add-On "Download Video Helper." There seems to be lots of tutorials there so I should be able to figure this out.

    Thanks as always,
    Ginny
