Toilet Paper Holder on Glass Shower Panel

I have finally finished remodeling my master bathroom and I never understood how/why the toilet paper holder had to be attached to the wall behind the toilet where you have to do circus tricks to get to it.

Anyway, I had the new frameless shower door installed yesterday and had them "glue" the toilet paper holder to the glass panel. I think this is going to work great which means it is in the correct position next to the toilet where it should be. However, from within the shower, I can see the insides of the two ends of the holder. Normally, the holder would be installed on a wall and you can't see the insides. Is there something that I can get like metal/rust proof/plastic/etc that could be attached to the inside of the shower glass panel so that you don't see the insides of the holder? Any and all thoughts would be greatly appreicated.

Thanks!
