Comments (9)We are building Walker's Bluff. Purchased our plans directly from Gary/Ragsdale. They were extremely nice and even after the plans were purchased I have called and asked questions and they have been more than helpful. We did modify the plan--this firm is in Texas and all plans are drawn on a slab foundation. We needed a crawlspace and wanted to make a few other changes. We took our plan to a local architect and he made changes. CAD file was included in the purchase price of the original plan. I contacted them and their office manager was gracious enough to send me photos of a house built using that plan. They were also more than willing to make modificaitons to the plan.
