Finished bath on a budget - small condo

Since we all love a little eye candy, I thought I'd post some photos of a finished project - this is in small, 1980's condo that got a modern facelift on a budget. The tile in the shower is porcelain and purchased at Lowes. Shower fixtures were purchased at Costco.

Thank you, misgnomer! I am flattered! And thank you, wicked grace---the tub was replaced(as was everything in the bathroom) by the Kohler Bancroft soaking tub from Home Depot. Jamies - oh yes, we did get a new toilet! The Toto Ultramax. Which my DH has managed to clog once (shh, he'll kill me if he knows I'm posting that in public!!). But only the one time...so far...And unfortunately, the Toto's don't respond well to basic plungers b/c of their shape or something. I've found recs for ball shaped plungers that apparently work better so I need to get one of those! Oh, and for anyone interested, my paint color is Behr Roasted Garlic and it is a great shade of green/beige. It's constantly changing color based on the lighting and I like all the various shades!

girlcat36, I, too, found my way here from a search. Is there a prize on THS for "most resurrected thread"? I will put you in the running! ;-) In any case, so many people link here for pics of your gorgeous bathroom, I wonder if you could repost the pics, or link to pics, since the old photobucket links are all broken. Like many of your commenters, I'm looking at many of the same decisions you made and would love to see the final result – especially pics of the Bancroft tub in situ. Thanks!

They are powdercoated tin. American Tin repeatedly reassured me they would work in the bathroom. If you look on their website, you will see other bathrooms. These have actually been up about a year and half and look as good as new with no problems. I finally took photos last weekend. We were about 95% done for a long time. We had to caulk the corners on the crown molding and put up the curved shower rod. That was a big finishing touch, and I refused to take "finished" pictures until the whole thing was really finished.

Wow, that looks great! The closet panels really finish the look nicely. Once again GW has proven "budget" looks great if you put a little thought into it.

Which skirted toilet did you put in? It has a nice clean look.

Thanks! Unfortunately I don't have any before photos of the bath but it was dark and 80s-style. Some of the items (the toilet) were existing and materials used were recycled from other projects (fixtures for sink, etc) so I don't have a complete source list. Counters are Caesarstone.

Love it! Can you give details on the vanity and the sink?
And what's behind the blind? A window or storage?

noscooermon, behind the blind is additional storage and shelving. The vanity is Caesarstone Pure White. Sinks were el cheapo purchased from big box store.

raehelen and lillo, the bathroom floor is terrazzo. You can sort of see a photo of it in this shot (this is the best pic we have):

Great looking room. I love the clean lines. Light and airy. How are the sliding fabric like doors to work with? Are those from Ikea?
