Infrared Broiler - DCS or Other Oven

We looked at a DCS oven today with the infrared broiler & the salesmen made a big deal about it. I've never had the opportunity to experience one personally, but they were telling me it's what is used in restaurant ovens. But I just don't know...Does anyone have an infrared broiler element in their oven? What is your experience with it/do you like it? How does it compare to a multi-pass coil broiler element? Would you ever go back to a non-infrared broiler? Any other things I need to consider?
