Love them enough to buy again after I moved but think about what you wash and how often--if doing small loads isn't your thing, or you have really big plates, you might want something else.

Ergonomically, the top drawer can't be beat. Also nice in a small kitchen where a big DW door is a shin banger or clearances for doors are tight.

There's a newer model now with a taller top drawer to accommodate those larger American plates.

I have the regular dish drawers and love them. They work great for us because I like to run smaller loads more often and it's wonderful having 2 dishwashers. They're quiet and they clean very well.

Initially I had a problem due to user mistake. The company provided great support by phone, then sent a repair person & parts at no cost to me and did not care that I admitted I making the mistake.

We have one drawer and use it daily. Two drawers would be better for larger households or folks who put pans and large items in it. Some shapes take up a huge amount of room but this is rarely a problem for us.

Oh yeah, I had to deal with customer service because my installer threw away parts. Awfully nice to deal with!

I love my dish drawers--the top drawer is so much easier on my back. I run the bottom drawer far less often. At first I designated it as storage, but since I've found it more useful for pots, pans and other large items that I don't use on a daily basis.

The only danger is that you will get spoiled. When I go to my sister's house and have to load her traditional dishwasher, I really, really miss my dish drawers. Loading an old fashioned dishwasher is such a chore compared to that fabulous top drawer.
