What questions should I ask at this meeting and how much detail should I get into in terms of what we want to build? I'm sure we'll meet with other builders over the next few weeks, so I'm looking for a checklist of sorts I can ask all of them. Is there anything you forgot and wished you had asked at the start? Any questions that won't make me look like a silly first time builder?

We are looking for a fixed price contract because that is what our lender wants. Is this true everywhere if you need a construction loan?
