KarenÂs Solitaire Tablescape: A Card Game and Place Setting for One.

I sort of imagined that the green tablecloth could represent the green felt that covers gaming

tables. It looks a bit dark for the rest of the items, but does play (pun intended) a bit better in real life.

The giant playing card flower vase was printed from a free internet image.

Large white charger, red dinner plate and black and white salad plate were all

purchased from Crate and Barrel years apart. Coffee cup is from one of my

second grade students.

Recognize the candlestick? Remember when Karen bought one at her local

antique mall and I made her go back and get the other two? Well, she sent one

to me. IsnÂt it great! I filled it with red and clear glass stones and then hot-glued

a small tulip chimney on the top. Pretty cool, donÂt you think? IÂm going

to get some blue and white stones to use over the 4th of July.

Oh, in the background Kenny Rogers is singing, "You've got to know when to hold'em,

know when to fold'em, know when to walk away and know when to run."

Say, LG, would you mind copying your Scrabble Post and adding it on here? Pleeeease.

There are so few joining in this time, it would be nice to have them all in one place.
