If it's anything like last week you;ll need a truck! I went to a Thrift Shop in town today. The napkins were more than what I can get them for new, no bargains, and nothing I would even want.Very disappointing!

Kathleen, that sounds like most of the thrift shops around here. Things are very over-priced.

Was not a thrilling sale day, with all those sales, I came home with practically nothing! I did get two candle holders, they actually match that T.J. Max stemmed vase I used for easter with the eggs in it & have lemons in it now. The candle holders were .25 each. Also found this basket full of fake bread goods for $1.00. Found other things but nothing for the tablescapes! Got DH 13 audio books, he listens to them while riding to work, paid $25 for all of them, comes out to less than $2 each, plus found a few things for the gkids in clothes.

Our boat just went in the water, so will be busy the rest of the weekend, cleaning & restocking it. See you all Monday!!

Yachter, First of all...congrats on getting your boat into the water. I know you'll have a busy time getting it livable again, but think of all the fun you'll have after that. I love your clock on your wall. It's just perfect for that spot. And what a deal for $4.

Your basket and faux bread goods is just too cute. The breads look real. Good price there also. And the candleholders are great with the stemmed vase. I love the lemons in the vase. You can use the vase and the candleholders on a table. That was a great price on the audio books also. DS and I listen to them when we travel. If DH is with us we don't get to. We rent ours from Cracker Barrels as we go.

Yachter, you really found some good deals. It's great that you found the matching candlesticks. Your clock looks like it was made for that place on the wall. $4.00!

DH and DS are big books on tape fans. They both travel allot and enjoy them then.They joined a place online where they get three per month. They download them to Ipods and they are good to go. I listen when we travel in the motor home, but not at home--they put me to sleep if I get comfy and try to listen at home. LOL
