These are very very new to the marketplace and I doubt you'll find many people with them, especially this brand. If they do have one, the amount of time installed won't really give you a long term picture of reliability, or cost savings.

I would post this (My post) not yours, under the bathroom or plumbing forums but those forums are not nearly as "Active" as this one, besides I value Antss inputs on "this one"
Gonna havta get a water heater pretty soon (well after I recovers from Obama taking bout 1/3 of my Social Security payments)--anyway Here's the question.
What do you think of these tankless water heaters (gas).
I was gonna buy one for one of my rentals, happen to mention it to bank teller, and bank customer behind me went on & On & on (some more), about how bad they were.
She said her Sister had bought one ant temp was always changing, You could get anywhere from a scalding shower to an ice cold one, in a matter of minutes.
Also in the plumbing forum---what appeared, to me, as an expert on them (and a big defender of them), said you havta set the thing for the temp you want your shower at, and only use the hot side,--if you used any cold water the Heater did not have enough hot water demand and shut off.
Obviously this wouldn't work.
On the other side is my neighbor who has one and says they like it.
What's the Truth?????
