Porcher Lourdes tub or Kohler Maestro tub???
Comments (2)Karen this is a very old thread and American Standard has mothballed the Porcher brand. Comments (6)I'm a contractor. I bought an Avano air tub for one of my projects as well as the tub waste drainage and overflow. The company sent out the wrong waste tub and overflow and when I contacted them to inform them they sent out the wrong part they made me jump through a bunch of hoops before finally acknowledging they had made a mistake. They flat out refused to do so and even when I said I will pay for the overnight shipment myself they still refused and went ahead to ship it ground. I wish anyone considering buying their products the best of luck getting satisfaction from their customer service department as this company has no idea what customer service is....See More14 gauge or 16 gauge copper tub?
