Please help with knob /handle choice

Am super excited! WE just put down a deposit (AGAIN- hopefully this company doesn't go bankrupt without delivering!) on a custom made vanity for our first of three bathroom renos! I had resigned myself to not having white- but now I am getting it- yeah! I will need six knobs/pulls for six drawers, and two for the doors (all 8 could be the same). Each drawer will be 12" wide so probably not too big, but I have big hands, so nothing too hard to fit fingers in either. Mind you this is for our basement/guest bath- but I will have to open drawers to restock/etc.

They are going to copy this picture I gave them (thanks to someone here- I forget who- and I forget the name of the original company), but instead of the deep 11 1/2 drawer in the middle, doors will be the complete length and he'll put in a full-extension 6" deep pull-out shelf on the bottom. His suggestion- thought it would make it too tight to fit in plumbing. Also top drawers will be 6", bottom two 11 1/2" each. Door style will be painted white shaker V groove, and faucets are fairly clean and simple too.

Then, I guess I also need to start looking for towel racks and toilet tissue holder. Have two chrome train racks, but DH not sure he wants to reuse them.

Love your shower! What is that - not that it matters as it is too late for me to change ;-) That would have been perfect for our guest bath. Our lav faucet is very similar if not the same.

How about something that follows the pattern of the clean round circles of the faucet. Restoration Hardware has a line called Spritz that I think would go really nicely. THey have 2 sizes. I bought wall hooks to go with my faucet - they are just a very clean circle.

That's a great idea- like those circles. For some reason I was thinking very angular/squarish- but DH suggested a bar pull- duh- that was more obvious! Either one would be a good match. These bar pulls are about half the price- but with duty and brokerage fees may not be saving any money- but could get coordinating towel pulls/ TP holders... Now, we do have a Restoration Hardware in Vancouver, so that is tempting...

My shower faucet is from Hudson Reed- it's called Kew.

Is your granite blue pearl? I have white cabs, blue pearl granite, a tad lighter oak hardwood. I used bright white tile with blue pearl diamond accents for my backsplash and the walls (not much wall showing) are navy blue. Hi--When we redid our kitchen 2 years ago I had some of the same questions you do now. We have med-dark cherry cabinets & a small island. My husband wanted absolute black granite for the counters & I wanted a WOW. So we thought seriously about the WOW on the island. But the cost made us change our mind. We had to pay for a whole slab of the WOW even to use only a relatively small piece. In fact the cost was prohibitive. In retrospect I wondered how much the whole kitchen would have been in the WOW. We didn't price that, but in the long run it might not have been too bad considering we would have had to pay for a whole slab. So, just a thought. Check prices (if you are watching your budget) before you get your heart set on one certain thing. We tried looking for pieces of a WOW @ a local stone yard, but no luck.

I also found this Bloomberg in stainless steel BRFB18 https://www.ajmadison.com/cgi-bin/ajmadison/BRFB18.html It is 29 1/8 inches wide and 25 1/2 inches deep without door, 30 1/4 inches deep with door and handle. Ajmadison has it for $1599. I know nothing about this brand.

The contractor will put them where I want them, that is the question. I keep second guessing my decisions. Some people have said all knobs on top, all handles on bottom, regardless of whether they are drawers or cabinets. I have also heard the exact opposite. I would love an "accepted standard in the industry", or a "rule of thumb" folks agree on.

I also really like those pulls - very nice. Will you use them on the doors as well?

I had to go look up my faucets - its been so long ;-) and I LOL at myself - they are single lever - very similar shape but I don't have any spread or handles. I have a european vanity with no pulls so that is one less decision for me - TG.
