Caulk or Grout Where Tub Deck Edge Meets Face?

I am working on grouting the tile on a tub/shower with a tiled tub deck. On the top outside edge of the tub deck, I have bullnose tile which sits over (flush) with the tile on vertical face of the tub deck. I know that caulk should be used where there are changes of plane (corners) and where the tile meets other materials (dry wall, tub, etc), but I am uncertain if this specific line should be caulk or grout. The line is technically still in the same plane as the rest of the grout joints on the vertical front face of the tub deck. But it is also where the horizontal top lip of tile meets (just over top) the vertical face. Should this be grout or caulk?

Thank you for your assistance!
