WOW! That is gorgeous. I love the tablerunner and the placemats. They are perfect. DId you make that? I have an extra gold tablecloth and I thought about have some placemats made with some borders on them. (I don't sew.) Your glassware is very pretty. My Mom had that centerpiece bowl in the Carnival glass. I am hoping it is with the things that are still boxed up. I have to get through those things this spring. What are the small green glass containers on the salad plates?

I still haven't shown pics of mine. We were planning to eat at the college where I work on Fat Tuesday evening, but I had a meeting changed to that night and DH didn't want to have to work around it. So, we fixed a dinner at home and I have a table that was done in a hurry. My sis has my camera, but I will show pics when I get it back. She took it home that night to use and I forgot to download mine first.

Where did you ever find those cute little covered dishes. Are they for butter pats maybe? Your pretty edges on your gold chargers look so neat with the green and white plates, and you even have matching glasses and dessert dishes! What a lovely table! The runner and placemats are beautiful enough on their own, but using them with the matching tablecloth is breathtaking! Love the green in the glassware and plates with them, as well. What fun a meal at that table must have been . . . thanks for sharing it with us.

I wish I could say that I made the placemats and runner, but sewing is definitely not something I can do. I actually found them at Walmart. They're sort of iridescent and have all three traditional Mardi Gras colors in them.

I've had the plates and glasses for years and up until now, they were pretty much only used at Christmas. I'm sure ya'll will be seeing them again when I finally do my St Patrick's table. LOL

The green dish is a miniature covered butter dish. I found these on a website a couple of months ago for only $2 a piece. I wish I could find some in clear glass since I would probably get more use out of them than the green.

Dinner was delish! I served a variety of Cajun/Creole inspired seafood, potato casserole, salad, French bread and of course...King Cake for dessert. Very yummy!

Do you still have the website for the butter bowls? That is the perfect color for my china and I have glasses in that color too.

The butter dishes are a reproduction of the Cameo pattern. If you do order them, don't expect to really be able to see the ballerina dancing in the cameo. The dishes are small and not a really good reproduction of the original pattern. I wanted to mention that so if ya'll do order some, you won't be disappointed when you get them. But hey, for $2 a piece, they're not bad.
