Did you try to grow Uganda grass yet? Some growers in Uganda multiply my pumpkin seed (C. maxima), and they could not do that, if they did not grow Pennisetum purpureum (also known as Elephant grass, Napier grass, Uganda grass...) around their patches, because this plants attract the borers and kill them after penetrating their stems. Elephant grass also shades C. maxima a little and so help to survive in the heat of arid summers. You can easily multiply Pennisetum purpureum with roots and rhizomes. But it is not frost resistant, and so you would have to store the rhizomes in your boiler room through the winter. But I like to grow C. moschatas too. And I have enlarged them with C. maxima AGs. Such interspecific crosses are not splashy for us, we also do intergeneric crosses with Cucumis melo of the inodorus group onto C. maxima. In 2014 we have successfully pollinated a C. moschata `Pennsylvania Dutch Crookneckô by a two times selfed 1385.5 Jutras 07 Atlantic Giant (AG). The result now is a C. moschata with a very short shaft instead the neck and a great elliptical balloon in front. The fine skin and color of PA Dutch Crookneck also are on this fruit: a very very fine C. moschata, but we have not opened it yet. And we have enlarged the C. moschata `La Estrellaô (an academically developed fruit from Florida) with the same AG: this fruit now lookes like a large green-brown olive with beige stripes. The elliptical shape we produce, because the stretto grown 1385.5 only makes elongated oval babies. Macmex, did you try C. moschata `Palav Kadooô yet? I show you a picture of mine. But I have some large C. moschata `Bambina Giganteô as well, which now grow near the Palav Kadoos until October.

Hi, I've had a tundra for the past 4 years and also have a T-100 that I've had even longer. Although I think toyota reliability and quality has yet to be beat, there are some things about the tundra that I'm not all that fond of. I will paste below my review that I submitted to edmunds.com I suggest you look over the other reviews there too. Review: Owned since aug 03 and now at end of lease term. Chose to keep. I'll skip what has been covered. Turn radius is awful, 45 feet... takes 4 and a half lanes to make a U turn. Still just too small. Add 5 more inches it will make a world of diff. Gas mileage on my v6 is not very good. Very comfortable. I use for long hwy trips and never need to stop to stretch. A serious work truck? Yes. Work truck capabilities? No. Styling on 03 looks too imported. Paint not too good. V6 is SLOW! No mech probs. No chk eng. No plastic parts falling off. As good as it gets. Favorite Features: Comfy w/ cap chairs. I like suicide doors. Height above ground is very good. Smooth ride. Actually handles well on windy mtn rds. Crossed a river and engine continued to run! Storage space is great w/ console. Fun. Fuel tank decent size despite poor mileage. Interior well laid out. Nice big buttons. Suggested Improvements: Turning circle, HP on V6 bad. Go back to previous body/grill style. Better A/C, Make a v8 with 5 spd manual. Make an access or crew cab with 8 ft bed. Add a few inches. I'm pleased to see that model of tundra that is coming out is supposed to be very large, comparable in size with dodge ram and increased capacities. I can't wait til they get to my local dealership so I can go look at them. It's like toyota read my comments and started making a truck for the North American market.

Ford stock surges on report Ford Motor Co.s stock surged nearly 15% today after a Goldman Sachs analyst issued a report saying Ford could benefit from a Chrysler LLC or General Motors Corp. bankruptcy. Ford, according to Goldman Sachs analyst Patrick Archambault, is likely to survive without government aid, is in position to obtain any additional labor concessions that GM or Chrysler gets from the UAW and capture a larger percentage of U.S. new vehicle sales. "We see Ford as well positioned to capitalize on a more than 50% decline in Chrysler (market) share and the pruning of GMs product portfolio," Archambault said in a report today. "With GM and Chrysler likely to file for bankruptcy in the coming weeks we think the stage is set for a sea change in the structure of the U.S. auto industry." While Archambault put a buy rating on Ford with a $6 price target, he is more optimistic than others about Fords stock. On Friday, Credit Suisse equity analyst Chris Ceraso said that even while Ford is making progress, its stock price is over-valued, in part because the company isnt expected to be profitable until 2011, and because Ford has struggled to gain market share over the past 10 years. "We think the stock is worth about $3," Ceraso said. "Thus, with the stock trading closer to $4, we do not think investors should chase it."
