can we presume you have phlox that CAN grow tall ... versus shorten varieties ... mine are in pure yellow mineral sand.. with hardwood mulch ... NEVER watered.. NEVER fertilized ... and grow to about 4 feet.. and throw seedlings all around them ... they are what i call an old fashioned standard pink phlox ... been in the family for 30 years .. no clue if they have a cultivar name .. if you seek a certain performance.. then buy a named variety that has that potential.. not all plants under the name phlox ... will grow the same ... or better.. when you find one you like.. beg a piece off the owner ... ken

We have an 03 Accord EX (4 cylinder, not V-6); I also have an older Acura CL. Some points: The TL has been praised in the automotive press as a world-class car. I believe that. For someone who loves this car, if cost isn't much of a factor, I'd say go for it. On the other hand, the Accord is a very nice car. We love ours and the 4 has more than adequate power while getting better gas mileage than the V-6. Have you shopped each car at the dealers and also on the net? Are you sure that the real price difference is $7000? It might be, I'm just saying don't go by the list prices. Also I wouldn't be too worried about dealer location. You don't have to go back to the selling dealer for routine service. I.e., you can get your Acura serviced at a Honda dealer and vice versa. For warranty work, yes, you'll probably have to go to the dealer for that brand. So from you post it sounds like cost is an object, so I'd recommend the Honda. I'd also recommend that you consider (at least test drive) the EX 4-cylinder. Good luck, Steve

I don't have a great collection of keys as some are describing, but I'll chime in anyway. I used to be the worst with keys...the type to set them down anywhere and walk away without even noticing I set them down. I could always stumble across them at home. My trouble happened when I'd set them down at work (the office), or...even worse...at construction job sites where I'm going in 4 different directions at once. One day I decided I'd had enough. My everyday keys (car, house, office, and temporary work-issued) are on the same lanyard all the time. If they are not around my neck, they are in my purse. No exceptions. I had to work hard at forcing myself to put them on my neck at first, but after a couple months it became a habit, and now it's like signature jewelery with me...just like the pen stuck behind my ear all the time. Haven't misplaced my keys in over a decade now. Even have a couple co-workers who picked up the lanyard habit on a seasonal work-purpose basis. We laugh at ourselves, but we all agree we can't imagine life before the lanyard. All my spare keys are kept together on 1 ring in an undisclosed location. They are not labeled because I only have 4 keys & they are quite obvious to me and the burglar who finds them. Nothing I can do or care to do about that. IF I had extra non-everyday keys, I absolutely would label every single one. I personally would keep them all in 1 key place...all together...in that same undisclosed location. My dad keeps his incidental keys in the rooms/functional spaces where the keys are used. Such as: boat & misc garage keys are kept in the garage. He keeps household keys (lockboxes, file cabs, spare house, etc) in the house in obvious rooms to him. I could not do that. It's easier for my brain to go to the 1 key spot, get what I need, and go from there. I refuse to go through a flowchart in my head as to what key I need = what purpose does it serve = what room do I go to. Keep it simple. Gayle

maidielou - I just finished all my cabinetry hardware. I definitely mixed finishes and styles (thanks to many forum members' input including sabjmata!) - the widest drawer bank I have is 27" and I did 12" pulls on them. My hardware is a mix of RK International and Schaub, in polished nickel and ORB. Top Knobs and Schaub have 8" pulls as well, if you wanted to check those out.
