Does anybody have anything positive or negative to say about American Standard brand's Porcher series of toilets and bidets?

The toilet in question (Lutezia) has the following information:

10" x 8" water surface

12" Rough-In with an exposed nominal 2" trapway

Elongated siphon action jetted bowl

(A subquestion is how different can toilets really be? Sorry for being so ignorant!) I hope the Bathrooms Forum can get me up to speed as fast as the Kitchen's Forum!
