It was made by T and V...made in Limoges.
Take a picture of it...or scan it and send it to Replacements.com.

My husband's family originally settled in Nova Scotia and the Eastport, Maine area back in the 1700's. We also have a set of china like yours, though it is a set of 8 dessert plates, tea cups and saucers. The painting is unique, I think. Each set has a different flower. The artist signed the pieces with an M over a W, connected. I've had no luck finding this pattern, either, and the painting seems to be better quality than many of this kind.
Maybe some business in the area was importing this china around the turn of the century. My husband's grandfather moved away from the Maine area sometime in the 20's.

Limoges china was often used as the base for handpainted china. It was a ladies pasttime in the early 20th century.
Likely your set was one that was painted by a hobbyist.
the blank will likely have a name...but the pattern was painted on my Mary Wigans, or Martha Washington...or Margaret Wilcox or someone...
Look for the pattern of the blank, because that decoration was not manufactured....very likely one of a kind.

Our set is marked T&V Limoges, France depose, too. It is the plain trademark, which I'm guessing means it was a blank. Really, the painting is pretty good, much better than lots I've seen on websites selling Limoges.
There was a lot of woodcarving going on in the area, too. We have a couple pieces, a table and a rocking chair.
