wolf ag vs bluestar and cleanup, my DW wants the real scoop

To all who have considered both of these ranges and bought one or the other, what was the decider? She loves the look of the Wolf, thinks the burners will be much easier to take care of, baked on coating being easy to care for.

She feels the cast iron is an unknown factor. She worries we won't take care of it properly, and we'll have a stove she hates and hate herself for choosing. (we recently bought a Bosch which she hates due to the burners so close together and the lack of depth in the oven).

As far as the Wolf vs Bluestar burners, I know that owners love the Bluestar burners, but does anyone not like them? Does anyone not like the Wolf burners for that matter?

She sees the wonderful full extension cooking rack on the Bluestar and wonders if it hold the weight of a turkey, or is it just for lightweight stuff, and therefore not that useful.

Is the oven finish on the Bluestar easier to care for or the Wolf?

This is such an unbelievably huge investment for us, and we are so afraid to make a mistake. Any help at all would be so appreciated.

Thanks ahead for all your responses.
