My wife bought me a model 241317 four burner grill Christmas of O6' and I have loved it ever since. I had the burners split after a year of use but I called the (800) 444-6742 number and I was sent four new ones at no charge due to the warranty. The lady was polite and gave me no problems. I know some of you have had problems with your grills but I Love mine. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly. This is just a post of someone who has something positive to say about it.

After less than a year in service, all of our Perfect Flame's burners are cracked, one so badly that there is absolutely NO way to adjust the heat. Everything is torched. And, like others, DH can't even get the bolts off to replace them IF he could get replacements. Of course, as everyone has already found out, Lowe's does not offer any help. They carry a couple fo peripherals for the Perfect Flame, but not parts like burners. They tell you to go to the manufacturer. And guess what? The manufacturer told us to go to Lowe's. RUNAROUND! The gentleman at Lowe's was so solicitous and said that he would call the manufacturer for us and get back to us in a couple of days. It's been 2 weeks and no call yet. Don't think there will be, do you? Bottom line (for us, anyway) is that we will never again purchase a "store" brand. It will definitely cost us more, but we will buy only a name brand like Weber, CharBroil, etc. Something at least that we know we will be able to purchase parts for.

Hey Pipdog, I've been enjoying watching you make such stylish and swanky progress on your home. I, too, love those nightstands. Not for a grand, though. These nightstands have a similar look and feel, maybe not quite so glam, Hollywood Regencyish? But, more mid-century mod... but I do feel they can be used effectively to create the same sort of vibe you're going for. Maybe change the knob to a drop dead gorgeous drop pull in a silver tone? I dunno... I'm likin' both of these, maybe you would, too? Plus, 250 compared to a grand! Hope this works. (It worked, just fine, in preview mode) The alternate nightstand is from West Elm. Hello! I have an old, beat up Perfect Flame Charcoal Grill, model GGP00101 from what I can tell, that I'm working on fixing up. I have already cleaned up, sanded, and repainted the grill, and I have the handles and a few other parts soaking in vinegar for minor rust removal. I'm in need of a new ash pan and charcoal pan, but it seems like these are parts that are either discontinued or simply not manufactured anymore. Is there anyone out there getting rid of parts or know of a place I can find these parts, or at least parts in the same dimensions? Thank you in advance!
