Kenmore 15221 3-burner 30k btu was $249 on sale Kenmore 15540 4-burner 40k btu was $349 on sale Kenmore Elite was at least $499 (out of my range) I am trying to decide between Kenmore 15221 30k btu or Weber Silver A 22k btu. The Kenmore costs less and has more btu. Any recommendations or suggestions for consideration? Thanks...

Like wheely boy, I grill year round. Maybe 2-3 times a year I take everything out of the grill and scrape it down. Flavorizor bars, inside walls of the grill, the slide out bottom... Clean out as much stuff as I can. But other than that I pretty much just de-coke and brush the grills after cooking. I did replace both my grills and my bars with stainless steel replacement about about 3-4 years or so. I'm sure the porcelain parts would have lasted longer if I had cleaned them more often.

We bought our Weber Silver B at Sports Authority a couple weeks ago for $399.00. Thought it was a good price.
