ILVE Information Anyone?

I'm really interested in the ILVE Majestic 48" range, but I've seen very little posted here. Does anyone have any information? I'd really appreciate any feedback.

you and me both. Masterchef emailed me saying they saw one in London and another one here in the states at a home show of sorts. They said the ILVE was really beautiful in person and felt it was better built than the Bertazzoni (also on my shortlist). But like you, I haven't found any info on its functions from real users of the product. Have you seen ILVE's site for their "Restart" line in Italy? Link below. Check out the catalog page on the refrigerators too. Oh what I would give.....

Me again - I called the EuroChef USA company and they sent me a catalog. If you give them your location they will try to send you to a dealer that has one on the floor. Their website is eurochefusa.com.

I assume they're talking about the oven, since Ilve ranges are duel fuel. It's an electric convention oven with a bunch of different settings (convection or not, heat from top, bottom or both).

If you still in fact have your Range we would love to make it right. Many times a simple oven calibration can solve a myriad of issues, but our service department is here to listen if you're still in need. Anyone purchased an ILVE range lately?

Hello Ilve owners and aspiring Ilve owners! We purchased our 30" dual-fuel Majestic oven just over one year ago. It is dark green with brass trim, and it looks custom made for our design scheme, which is wonderful. Our major issue with the oven is that its internal fan which cools the electronics as necessary is very noisy. In the beginning, it didn't go on unless we were using the oven at a relatively high temperature, but now it goes on every time we use the oven. The fan stays on as the oven cools down as well, and recently, it cycles on and off multiple times for quite awhile during the cooling off period. Has anyone else experienced this?

I love the look of them and have seen great reviews, but haven’t found a dealer other than Wayfair so am nervous about maintenance.
