Professional range vs cook top and wall ovens

I am trying to decide on the appliances for my new kitchen. I love the 48" professional style ranges ( DCS & Wolf are contenders) but my husband seems to think that a double wall oven and a six burner cook top makes more sense from a cooking point of view. Any thoughts?? Anyone have a professional style range and find that the low ovens are difficult to navigate?
