They are all good quotes, but my favorite is the first one. Reminds me of the saying that goes something like, it is better to have loved and lost, than never loved at all.

Barb...both happy and sad....Happy he is moving forward with his life. Knowing he will go far as long as he stays focused on his studies, and learns to quit being so wasteful. Sad because he is moving on and we will be seeing very little of him in the next 4 years or so. We havent made any new life adventures yet. House needs some TLC. I suppose first we will get used to having a home with just us and the critters and go from there. Chell I used to be a dog and cat groomer. I loved it too. But my employer was a deedeedee. Never had the money to pay me each week and always "owed" me. And she never gave me my tips either.Then at the end of the year she reported more earnings for me than what I had really made.Fortunitly I kept records and proved my case and won, so make sure you don't let the same happen to you. I have kept my clippers, blades and accessories and still will do a neighbors dog or two once in awhile to keep my skills up.....but don't miss the hair stuck in places I did'nt know existed....lol. You are so good about coming up with some inpiration pics just when we are sort of hitting a lull here. Much appreciated. ;o) Jaybird, That would be pretty and a great use for the platter--IF you have the extra shelf space in your guest bath. I love lace edging on shelves. I have put some old doilys made by DH's Grandmother in one of my china cabinets. Gives me a place to use and enjoy them. Luvs

I think I saw a tropical fern print pillow somewhere-- it might be fun to mix them up. Especially with my handpainted lizards.. it will feel like a technicolor rainforest. How sweet that you remembered the neighbors.. and thank you for the compliments on my dogs (again)! The kids might as well be family. I feed them, wipe their tears, break up their fights .. and they've all taken to calling me "Aunt Beth". So, KitchenKelly-- were you the one who turned me onto Charleston Gardens? MAN, I love their stuff! It's a good thing I am taking the summer off and thus curtailing purchases.. (any day now.. I swear!)
