Thanks ever so, SUE, for pointing me in a new direction. While Googling the Waved Sphinx, I found a picture that looks very much like mine. It was a Yellow-striped Armyworm Moth, Spodoptera mollissima. The only thing is, I thought for sure my moth was larger. I could have, of course, been floating through one of the holes in my Swiss cheese memory at the time. 8-] ICA, Sophie ^i^

Here are a couple of cycads in a greenhouse I haven't shown yet. The The first one is an Encephalartos gratus from Mozambique in a 45 gallon container that has about 30 inches of trunk. The last plant is an E. ferox, tubular form female in a 90 gallon container. If anyone ever does buy this plant, I'm not sure how I will move it. But I will figure that out if the time comes. I'd probably have to rent a bobcat with forks on it. The picture really doesn't show that is is 10 feet across.This second picture just shows all kinds of different cycads. Looks like a cycad jungle.

Mine is coming from Edmunds so its prob on Huey as well. There are a few nurseries near me that I can find roses some roses on Fort., most are on DH. I have been able to find Abe Darby, PJPll, & Angel Face on fort. One nursery had Distant Drums and maybe 5 other varieties on fort. I alredy have 3 DD so I passed on that. Otherwise, I have to mail order stuff on fort. and its seems like an arduous process with emailing back n forth to see if they have it in stock, waiting, and then what you want is out of stock blah blah. I like online nurseries that show if something is 'in stock' and where you can just put it in your virtual cart and check out LoL! QoE sounds like it will be okay here on DH. North Fl doesnt have as severe of a nematode issue as Central and S FL.
