If you'd include your location or at least your garden zone it would help as many pests are strictly regional and most live in cycles that are tied to climate. Also any other info you can provide. For example it is apparently one of the species called leaf-footed bugs but there are hundreds of them. The Family Coreidae has over 1800 members. It looks like a spotted cucumber beetle, a bad guy who attacks tender plant tissues and roots. It can also carry diseases such as cucumber mosaic virus and bacterial wilt. If there are only a few, you can pick them off for control; otherwise they can be controlled by pyrethrins or malathion. Good luck!
