Hi Suzzie, You have probably key board which shows your typing differently than ours. When looking for tapioca you can also ask for "SAGO" which is another name for this starchy palm product. It comes from Carribean and perhaps you have store with foreign goods in Hong Kong. If you need any other help with other than Chinese cooking, let me know.

I'm sorry I didn't write back sooner, you guys were concerned and I never gave you an update. I never ran that old unit again. I made a call to the city, and I informed the management office in writing that I called the city. Later the same day I got a call from Maintenance saying they were red tagging the unit and would get me a new one. Had to wait 10 days for the new heater, but I was agreeable because I was no longer getting any pushback or disrespect from them. After that phone call to the city, their whole attitude changed about the situation. Sounds like they did not want a city inspector anywhere near this building. The new unit is an Empire DV210. Piezo lighter. New flue and outdoor vent. I built a new surround for it to keep my cat away from the front (it gets hot.). Gas connections seem tight, and I've had zero CO from the unit. They left the same wall thermostat from the old heater, from 1960, to run it; it works; its a good 5 degrees inconsistent sometimes, but otherwise reliable. If you get a good gust of wind from a certain direction, it blows out the pilot, but that is a problem due to the whole building and the way it is designed. Every apartment (40 apartments in this place) has one of these style units with a horizontal flue going out the wall. On some of them, they've strapped some metal in an upsidedown U shape over the flue vent to make kind of an awning over it and and protect it from incoming wind. They're willing to do that for me if it becomes a recurring problem.

The Trane S8X2C100M5PSAA is a 2-stage 100K BTU input furnace with 80% efficiency. It is hard to imagine a house in Mesa, AZ would need a 100K BTU furnace. What size was the previous furnace? If the size was increased, then I suspect your duct work is too small and this is the reason it is very loud. Do you notice the furnace running in the low and high stages? What thermostat was installed? Even on coldest days I would think this furnace would only run on the low stage and rarely if ever go to the high stage. A static pressure of 0.16 is very low and I am skeptical of this reading. I believe the blower speeds need to be set for both the low and high stages. The speed is set my the temperature rise and not the static pressure. The installation tech does not appear to know what he is doing in my opinion. You need to call the installer and ask for an experienced tech to come out and review the the complete installation.

Technically, ”antique” is a U.S. customs designation for items that are at least 100 years old. Most classic cars are not actually antiques and therefore don’t have certain licensing and dealership exemptions that antiques would. I am not sure that factoid is really useful to most people and I would probably also call a 1950’s appliance an antique, but technically it is not.
