Rustipups adventures!

Rustipup, i certainly admired those pix you posted of the latest trip to the mountains! Were those rocks formed by volcanoc action? They look like hardened taffy!

I'd like to go out west to see those sights, but, since i made that trip once, and saw a lot of the tourist sights, i suppopse i'll have to be content with my memories of that trip. We managed to see Grand Canyon, Bryce Nat'l Park, Carlsbad Caverns, and some other places that my memory fails to bring to the fore! And now, with the price of gasoline, and the wife laid up with the smoking disease, i'll not make it again. Beautiful places! Ahh me, getting older every day. Sold my motorcycle! Wife said i was too old (81) to be out there, riding all around! Ahh, but it was fun! So, i put it up for sale!

I have my mower repair business, and there is lots to do around home, so i've had to drag out my auto body shop tools, to install a newer fender on our Buick and paint it. And, my ancient p-up needs brakes and body work, which i started yesterday! Fall is coming, work is piling up, but, i have some bluegrass jam sessions i can attend each week, so life never gets boring! Went to the Dr. today! He couldn't find anything wrong with me, so i'm set for another year or so, at least!

So, enjoy what you can do as far as mountain climbing and exploring! Keep sending pictures-they're great!

Heading up to a remote camping area along the Grand Canyon North Rim called JUMPUP POINT. Hope to have some nice pix
