I looked in my book. It looks a lot like a female brown-headed cowbird. The wing markings are the same as the female, but the head colors don't quite match. My book does not show the juvenile form. Barb

Looks like a juvenile starling to me. The other looks like a female grackle and the last again juvenile starling.

Although just an oddball thought, the bird looks to me like a cross of cowbird and brown thrasher. (spotted front such as thrasher or as Renee is suggesting: starling; definitely spotted)

I looked up pictures of juvenile starlings and I think creeper is right. It's the eye that tells the tale. Barb

I had written that the eyes reminded me of Cedar Waxwings but that was stretching it a bit so I deleted my type.
