Looks to be a female House Sparrow with an exaggerated bill tip.

House sparrows don't have orange feet; at least the house sparrows I have in my yard don't and these feet are pretty orange. That was the first thing I noticed was the feet.

I checked more pictures on the sialis site and I found a picture of a female HOSP with pinkish feet. I believe you are correct, TMFF, that this is indeed a HOSP. The beak and feet threw me off. I guess this female just has very bright feet and as you say, an exaggerated top beak. Thank you for your reply.
