more eggs

my bluebird laid 5 eggs on the 24th of April. My daughter and I took pictures almost daily to watch them grow. We only saw 3 babies. In the pictures we can see one egg that didn't hatch. Today when I got home from work, my daughter informed me that "our" babies flew away. We checked the nest and can see 2 eggs in there. They are light blue but to me they look like they have a few "brown" spots on them. Are the eggs new ones or are they old eggs that need to be taken out so I can clean the box? Any suggestions would be a great help to me since I am a new bluebird lover! If I need to upload pictures, I can do that also.
