Late Blight in Fairfield County, CT

Late Blight has killed all tomato plants in our community garden. According to Cornell, Late Blight is early this year and an outbreak was confirmed in Long Island following a wet weekend in July 2013. It is spreading like wildfire and - deja-vu - will be all over the East Coast soon. Thank the big box retailers, especially Home Depot and Bonnie Nursery, who introduced Late Blight in 2009 and contaminated our gardens with their sick transplants.
