Can the chicks be saved?

I have a nest of bb babies (3 or 4, hard to tell from the pictures) about 7-8 days old. Until the day before yesterday, everything was fine. The parents were busy feeding them, taking the live mealworms I gave them to the babies in the morning.

Then all of sudden, no bb showed up for the mealworms yesterday morning. No blue birds near the nest, nothing. Around noon a male blue bird showed up, took some mealworms, flew away. Aa few minutes later, a male blue bird showed up at the birdhouse, landed at the hole. He didn't stay long, left and didn't come back.

No sign of female blue bird at all the whole day yesterday.

This morning, I put out mealworms, no takers yet. No sign of adult blue birds, either. I checked the babies, they are still alive, at least I saw two moving. How long can they last? Can I do something to save them?
