Need some insight

From some of you seasoned pro's. I have been hosting BB's since 2006 with luck that has just spoiled me to the core. The blues average probably 8-9 fledgies a season. Well there was 4 babies in the nest box yesterday and when I came home today the nest was empty and I found 3 of them dead on the ground about 6-8 ft away from the box. I looked them over but couldn't really see any signs of HOSP attack. We had storms last night but I doubt that had much to do with it. There are HOSP nesting in the area but I have a spooker up as well. Any ideas? No sign of blood in the nest. I am sad today...The thought of all the past successful nestings help me though...
