Tomatoes out growing the trellis what are my options?

This is my first year growing indeterminates. I have trellised my tomatoes, pruned roughly to 2-3 stems and they are doing well. But now they have grown above the 6' trellis. Do I need to pinch out the growing ends? What are my options. I'm only 5' so going much higher than 6 ft isn't too logical. I'm in the bay area so I have a good long growing season and am just getting ripe stupice and cherry's. Will top pinching force lower growth and should I let that growth come in and train it to the trellis?

Thanks so much, I did look in the archives but I guess I didn't have the right search terms.
