Roma BER *grumble grumble*

Ok, this is mostly to vent.
Next year, no more roma. I have two plants growing along pretty well in containers, covered in blossoms, but of course most of the fruit that has started growing has had blossom end rot. Out of 3 bunches on one plant, I think there might be 3 or 4 left without it. (I check everyday and pray).
I've been trying to water consistently but not too much, but obviously that hasn't been enough. Fertilized this morning and will try to do so more often, maybe feed them some calcium
My cherry tomatoes are doing just fine.
I've heard roma tomatoes have a tendency to get BER, so I think we'll be avoiding them next year...
Anyway, more food for the birds I guess... erg....
