Hi everyone...it's that time of year again! Last year was a huge success with over 200 people joining, but this year will be even bigger! This seed swap will be crossing 4 sites!

Here is how to do it. Package your seeds up, stuff them in a bubble envelope, drop in return address label and return postage, seal the envelope up, and send it to me. When I get your seeds, I will replace each pack with one you do not have, take the address and stamps you send and place them on the envelope. Seal it up and mail it back to you :) Most often, there will be even more seeds then you sent in.

Very few rules No seeds from before 2010. No packs of "wild flower" seeds. All packs must be labeled with what it is. Do not send money for postage, just postage please. Finally, HAVE FUN!!

Normally, the large bubble envies take 5 or 6 stamps to return stuffed with seeds, medium 3-4, and the smallest take 2-3 stamps when fully stuffed.

This is a chance for new traders to see what Round Robin's are all about!! So if your fussy about how your seeds look, or are packaged, this may not be the robin for you. The exchange is one pack of your seeds for one pack of someone elses. People just wanting to share seeds are more then welcome to do so. Then everyone will be getting extra!

Good Morning, Everyone! Smoke, thank you for the photos and info on those peppers. I hope you don't think I was trying to discourage anyone from trying them, I just felt bad that I couldn't give them any information on them. Wouldn't it be neat if we could name one of the peppers Smoke's Mystery Pepper, or Smoke's Russian Roulette Pepper? You would be famous : ) BTW, do you grow your own Mexican Oregano, or buy the dried leaves somewhere. I have a perennial herb bed, and grow lots of annual herbs in pots, but haven't tried to grow that one yet. I do know that my dried herbs taste waaaay fresher than what you can buy at the grocery store. My husband bought a smoker a year or two ago, but I hadn't really given any thought to making my own dry rubs before. He can't tolerate much heat, but maybe I can come up with a blend that incorporates some milder peppers as well. Thank you for the inspiration!!! Thank you, Tanya and Randy, for the kind words! Even though the swap has been kind of time consuming, I have learned so much from all of you pepper enthusiasts, and have been able to try a few new varieties, so I think it has totally been worth it. I hope you guys will feel that way too, when you get your packages back. This swap will be closed in 2 days. Seeds not sent out by now, probably will not make it in time for the trade and will be returned unopened. After this date, I will be traveling for son's health care and have instructed my husband to return all bubble envies that come in while I am away. This swap has been great fun, and many MANY people have been involved. Last count was 80 envies through my house and the average number of seed per person was 50-100 packs. The most common of the regularly swapped seed has been Datura and least common sunflower and marigold amazingly enough. I have plenty Blanket flower and datura though LOL. I hope everyone enjoyed this swap and watch for it again next year (Unless I go crazy and do one in the spring as well LOL)! I want to thank all of you who were so kind that sent in extra seed, postage and baggies! All were appreciated and used! I also want to thank everyone who labeled so well and a few even sent me a list making my life so much easier! Thanks so much again!!

You are more then welcome to send in several packs of one species of seed. Please limit it to no more then say about 20 though...That way I wont end up with way to much of one kind.

pawneepapa, no e-mail yet. Not even one from GW which surprises me. Will check my mail again :)I believe I sent word to everyone else,if not-let me know! Well over 40 people in this one already!!

Please, if you haven't yet-jump on in! I have so many "extra" seeds that need homes! All of mine will be just given away. So no matter how many seeds you want to trade, you will get that many and more back!! I have a grocery paper bag here full of misc seeds from 'White Swan' echinacea to Jack in the pulpit seeds. Herbs, veggies, and even succulents! Come on and join up!! PLEASE! and help give a home to my homeless seeds :)
