early blight or septoria spot...other spots..pics.

when poking around on the net...the sites i saw referred to early blight and septoria as one in the same..is this true?

either way...a few of my plants look like they have septoria. my amish paste...well, it's looking quite sad. is septoria contagious?

what is the organic method for controlling this problem?

also, my green zebra has white spots all over it..and one branch sort of died off and looks kind of powdery. this spotting is starting to spread to the adjacent plant (my brandywine!!!!)

i'm attaching a picture of the green zebra. i haven't noticed any pests...and like i said, a branch is dead and powdery. is this a fungus as well? i've seen powdery mildew on other types of plants other than tomatoes...this just doesn't look like it. (btw..the blackened stuff on the end of the leaves is just dried vermicompost tea)
