Red Aphids on tomatoes--Lightening Bugs.

Hi all, I've got a slight problem with red looking aphids on the back of the leaves on my tomatoe plants. Sprayed once a week ago, found more last night. I went through and wiped all the leaves and killed what I could find on the 14 plants. Some one mentioned lacywings--release them and they'll eat the aphids. Wonder where you can get them? May sound stupid, I didn't know if you could buy them or what....if the problem worsens will get out the spray killer again, which I hate to do.

Also,

I find a lot of lightening bugs on my plants and the other plants in the garden in the evening. They aren't eatting the leaves just milling around. Could they be eatting aphids?
