It's not too bad, they should fruit I believe. Longer is better though.

On a sunny day, you will get over 40 mols of sunlight per day, probably closer to 50 on the longest days. It takes about 25 for good production of tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.

I agree. If it is direct sun, not dappled/shaded sunlight, then they should do fine. If you notice the plants getting 'leggy', lanky with long stretches between branches, then they aren't getting enough.

I have tomato plants that are probably only getting 4 hours of direct sun from about 1pm to about 5pm. They are growing fast and producing blooms. One of the plants has golf ball size tomatoes but doesn't seem to be getting bigger. It's an Arkansas Traveler and should have large friut. Should I try to transplant??

I would not transplant! Transplanting puts a lot of strain on the plant, and at this stage in the growing season, your plant will waste energy on acclimating to its new spot, rather than producing fruit. I would leave them where they are, and use a liquid fertilizer that is high in phosphorus. Phosphorus (or phosphate, when bonded with oxygen) emphasizes on the roots, and the stronger and denser your roots are beneath the soil, the more and bigger tomatoes the plant can support on top. I would focus on that, now until harvest!

I wouldn't transplant them either. It really is too late if they already have fruit and they are leggy already. But I'd sure try to find a more sunny spot for them next year.

A bit of a tangent here, but what is a "mol"? Can't find that unit anywhere.

The amount of sunlight depends on the time of day, and your latitude. Unless you are very far north, that sounds like plenty of sun.
