Just transplanted followed by heavy rains...

I just transplanted 12 heirloom varieties into the garden this weekend. These plants were started indoors in early March and were growing nicely, with large stems, a little leggy (but potted up into 1 ga containers) and some plants flowering. Prior to transplanting I hardened them off over a period of two weeks. It's only been a couple of days since they have been transplanted and we immediately began to experience cooler weather and some serious downpours (typical, unpredictable NW weather).

I'm now concerned because the plants were heavily drenched and I stripped most of the lower leaves off before planting (layering the stem in a trench) which I'm thinking will make them more susceptible to a virus due to all the excess moisture (My soil does drain well but this was quite a downpour).

Are there specific things I should keep an eye out for in terms of virus(es) and should I spray the plants with some type of fungicide?
